ah...Monday.
hello Everyone,Today, I went to Laval University to do a placement test and to get a photo taken for my ID card. I had never taken French before, but I still had to do a placement test. I am learning a few french words here and there, but not enough to form a complete sentence, hopefully, I will be able to say something at the end of this week.
The people who I live with are very helpful, they would say a phrase in French and then repeat it in English so that I'll understand. I live with an older lady who has taken 5 French students (including me). To give you an idea of how big this house is, there are 3 washrooms, 2 kitchens and about 10 bedrooms!
It is hard learning the language, I started writing words down so i could pronounce some of these words/phrases better. But to be honest, I am not use to writing down words. O well, it does enable me to understand the words better.
